Mr. Sandeep Soni, Founder, he has 12 yrs of experience working in various Microsoft Technologies/Platforms incl. VB6.0, ASP, VC++, VB.NET, C#. He is involved in managing and architecting projects at Deccansoft. He will be your liaison to Deccansoft, for any kind of communication and project updates. He knows what works and what doesn’t, and what practices are most suitable for design and programming with the ultimate goal of producing a quality system.

Sandeep provides training in systems design and programming languages and technologies the .NET environment in particular. He also provides mentoring on the design process.

Sandep has extensive experience designing and implementing systems in the Insurance, e-Commerse, and finance industries. These systems have included internet café security, financial reporting, inventory and manufacturing planning, and building design programs.

In addition to his analytical skills, Sandeep is valued for his mentoring ability as well as his skill for managing communications and interactions between the business management and the technical implementation groups.

Mr. Rahul Rampurkar, Co-Founder. Deccansoft's Ace trainer is a perfectionist who believes in giving the real essence of technology to the learner. This uniqueness has made him earn a strong foothold in the I.T training industry. A graduate (B-Tech Electronics & Communications) with a professional experience of 9 years is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Sun Certified Java Architect. His expertise includes Oracle, Java, Java EE, XML and Web Services.

Rahul is a hard-working and committed Software Architect, who has technically designed the organization. He is co-founder of Deccansoft. He is Sun Certified Java Architect and Microsoft Certified Professional for SQL Server. He handles as projects related to Java Platform and also gets involved in Database design and related issues.

Rahul is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with the vision of experience to ensure that Deccansoft customers receive the attention to detail and customer support that they require ensuring their success. He plays vital role as an Architect. He brings over 12 years experience in managing, developing and executing information technology systems within the wireless, high tech XP (Extreme Programming) Methodologies, Mobile Agent concepts also focuses on long term and short term technology directions of Deccansoft. He has managed trained, mentored and coached hundreds of top professionals in the field.

Rahul has the experience and the technical know how to assist you in designing, developing and deploying open standard infrastructure solutions based on J2EE, and related standards.

Rahul has a broad experience base in both infrastructure support and software development. He started as an application programmer while still at university he then continued to gain experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle, team management and operations. This effort involved a staffing and budget review, service delivery improvement, follow-up procedures plus client reclamation and management.

Mr. Harish Apkari, Lead Trainer a PG graduate in computer application and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in MS.NET(MCTS)  having worked for 4 years as .NET trainer and developer  with intense dedication, towards improving students understanding in core subject ,by imparting current industrial standards and specifications with live demonstrations.

Mr. Srinivas Rao, Project Manager is a highly experienced IT professional with a successful delivery record in a range of technical and management roles. Srinivas has direct experience implementing and a great deal of practical experience as a business analyst and project manager. He has more than six years of management experience, leading teams of software development professionals.

He has international experience in formal Business , Systems Analysis and Project Mangement. In addition he provides Effective Business Requirements for Software customers.

He has an excellent understanding of the business and systems side of requirements with his main goal to deliver complete, correct and testable requirements specifications to the customers. His understanding of the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) gives him a technical advantage. He has in-depth knowledge of technologies and methodologies used across SDC.

Ms. Reshma Shaik, Designer possess over four years of experience in the graphic design world, specializing in the creation of logos and corporate identity packages, websites, and special event invitations. We have the expertise to coordinate all aspects of your project, from concept to photography to copywriting, even web development.

She is not only a talented graphic artist, but extremely professional, responsive, and detailed in her approach. In our business, we deal with high profile clients who require the level of quality service Reshma provides.

Mr. Harinath Reddy, Sr. Software Engineer possess over four years of experience in software industry as a Programmer/Developer/Analyst in the areas of Client/Server and Web & Windows Development that involves analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation.

Proficient in Web Applications and Windows development in Microsoft .NET technologies using ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#.NET and Visual Studio.NET Framework.Experience with Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from inception to delivery of product.
