beyond course content and help the students in overall understanding of applications.
The People of Deccansoft work in co-operation as a family to meet
the requirements of their Students as well as customers. The family consists of:
- Mr. Sandeep Soni, Founder, he has 14 yrs of experience working
in various Microsoft Technologies/Platforms incl. VB6.0, ASP, VC++, VB.NET, C#.
He is involved in managing and architecting projects at Deccansoft. He will be your
liaison to Deccansoft, for any kind of communication and project updates. He knows
what works and what doesn’t, and what practices are most suitable for design and
programming with the ultimate goal of producing a quality system.
Sandeep provides training in systems design and programming languages and technologies
the .NET environment in particular. He also provides mentoring on the design process.
Sandeep has extensive experience designing and implementing systems in the Insurance,
e-Commerse, and finance industries. These systems have included internet café security,
financial reporting, inventory and manufacturing planning, and building design programs.
In addition to his analytical skills, Sandeep is valued for his mentoring ability
as well as his skill for managing communications and interactions between the business
management and the technical implementation groups.
- Mr. Rahul Rampurkar, Co-Founder, Deccansoft's Ace trainer is a
perfectionist who believes in giving the real essence of technology to the learner.
This uniqueness has made him earn a strong foothold in the I.T training industry.
With engineering background Rahul Rampurkar training sojourn started off with Java.
He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Sun Certified Java Architect. His expertise
includes Oracle, Java, Java EE, XML and Web Services, Microsoft Certified Professional
for SQL Server.
Rahul, who is passionate towards technology and constant upgrading
of technology skills is second to his nature, as ongoing process he ventured on
to acquire the knowledge on Microsoft products and the .NET subject matter endeared
him so much that he started the training programs on .NET, his popularity as a .NET
trainer as grown by leaps and bounds. He has trained mentored and coached hundreds
of top professionals in the field.
Rahul is an accomplished technology leader and
entrepreneur with the vision and experience to ensure that Deccansoft customers
receive the attention to detail and customer support that they require ensuring
their success. He plays vital role as an Architect. He brings over 14 years experience
in managing, developing and executing information technology systems within the
wireless, high tech XP (Extreme Programming) Methodologies, Mobile Agent concepts,
also focuses on long term and short term technology directions of Deccansoft.
- Manjula S K, is the latest entrant to Deccansoft family as COO.
she comes with work experience in Financial Services industry with IT background.She
has been associated with different organisations in different capacities.
With belief that education is a lifelong activity, for person's enrichment, after
completing Masters of Arts from Osmania University, she has constantly upgraded
her knowledge by pursuing various IT related subjects.Her last association has been
with Dubai based Exchange House for implementation of On-demand Project, Wages Protection
System, which she successfully implemented & trained the team, thus turning the
fortunes for company from degrowth to a money spinning unit.Her operational expertise
in various fields has helped strengthen process and procedures for existing business
and opened new business corridors.
- Harinath Reddy, is highly skilled and motivated Team Lead at Deccansoft.
He has over 5 years of IT experience and has immense knowledge and extensive experience
in various technologies in .Net such as n- tier architecture, MVC architecture,
.Net Design Patterns, SharePoint, Silver light and WCF. He has Extensive Experience
in Designing, Developing Reports with Crystal Reports and Telerik Reporting. He
motivates others and has ability to work under pressure and finish the given task
in a given time successfully and has ability to provide result oriented and cost
effective solutions. He is soft spoken and a very good team player who also mentors
the new recruits to sharpen their technical skills. His nature of getting along
with all the colleagues has earned him the title of “Pitamaha Guidance Award “during
the annual day celebrations.
- Dharmesh Thakkar - Business Development Manager, has MBA in marketing
and comes with the immense confidence of selling a pin to plane. He is the Man-Friday
for marketing related work and available 24/7 to colleagues,customers and vendors.
With his belief in "There is in this world no greater force than the force of a
man's determination to rise", who has not only moulded himself with the challenges
he has faced in life but also tried to excel even in openings that were not his
strengths.
He does complete assessments of marketing opportunities and target markets, generates
leads for possible sales, follows-up sales activity and after sales support.He is
on constant look out to develop the new and rejuvenate the old business contacts.
- Mrs.Kashmira Shah, started her career with Deccansoft 6 years ago
as student counsellor, who rose to the position of Center Manager. She is extremely
dedicated to work with thorough product knowledge, easily approachable person who
mentors students for the selection of right course.She is a multi tasking personality
with stickler to perfection and precision.She is a part of Deccansoft success story
and a core member of the Deccansoft management.
- Harman Singh, has done bachelors in IT and graduate diploma in
Computer science from Monash University, Australia. Before joining Deccansoft, he
was working as an Analyst Programmer in Melbourne, Australia. He brings with him
over 2 years of experience as a .NET programmer and over 5 years of working experience
in business environment. He is highly motivated and has excellent communication
skills. His passion for quality and attention to detail make him a valuable member
of Deccansoft family.
- Gnanadeep Polamarasetty, possess over 1 year of experience in software
industry as a Programmer/Developer/Analyst in the areas of Client/Server and Web
& Windows Development that involves analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation.
He is proficient in Web Applications and Windows development in Microsoft .NET technologies
using ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#.NET and Visual Studio.NET Framework.Experience with Full
Software Life Cycle (SDLC) from inception to delivery of product. His strengths
include his ability to work under pressure and finish the given task in a given
time successfully and his ability to provide result oriented and cost effective
solutions.
