Q. What are the technology areas you support?

Q. What all are we supposed to provide you with before purchasing a package?

  • Major Technologies used.
  • Additional Technologies used.
  • How will you provide us access to your machine. Can we do a remote desktop or you will send us the complete code by email or shared directory?
  • What are your convenient hours for interacting with our support engineer.

Q. What are the packages that you offer?

  • For first 5 hours $15/- per hour = $75/- and subsequent payments should be done in lot of 15 hours $12/- per hour = $180/-
  • For 60 hours per month and maximum of 3 hours per day $600/- per month.
  • Fulltime support (8 hours per day) $1100 per month. 100% refund will be provided for unused hours if you are not satisfied with Quality of support engineer or if we are not able to support the technology in use.

Q. If I wish to purchase a package, what is the payment method for doing so?

You can pay using Credit Card (Visa / Master) through our HDFC Bank Payment Gateway. We will send you the payment request link once you confirm about which package you want to choose.
